Dr. Abul Sharah is the founder of International Village Clinic. Dr. Sharah completed his undergraduate education in India, earning a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Tokyo and a Ph.D. in engineering physics from Carleton University in Canada. Dr. Sharah immigrated to the United States in 1972, where he had a 27-year professional career in executive and management at companies such as Tectonics Research, Inc., Honeywell, Inc., and MTS Systems Corporation. Dr. Sharah took an early retirement in 1999 to establish International Village Clinic.
Terence Hill is Executive Director of the National Rural Health Resource Center, a federally funded organization providing assistance on managed care and network development to rural health providers and their communities. Mr. Hill is also Executive Director of the Minnesota Center for Rural Health, a statewide organization of health care providers, educators and consumers working to develop cooperative solutions to health care issues in rural Minnesota. Since its inception in 1985, Mr. Hill has also directed the Northern Lakes Health Consortium, a cooperative association of hospitals, nursing homes and medical clinics in the upper Midwest.
Chris Holm is the founder and President of DKC Properties, Inc., an apartment development and property management company operating in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri and Ohio. Mr. Holm has been actively involved in a number of service organizations, including the Northern Star Council of the Boy Scouts and Mental Health Resources. He is past president of the Rotary Club of Wayzata, Minnesota, and served as District Governor of Rotary District 5950 in Minnesota in 2008-09.
Dana House has served as a Director on the IVC Board of Directors since 2002 and Treasurer and Director since 2006. He is the founder and former managing partner of the local office of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, a regional CPA firm. Mr. House currently works part-time as a mediator. He has been actively involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations in the Twin Cities for many years.
Raymond Johnson joined the IVC Board of Directors when it was founded in 1999. He is currently CEO and President of Infinite Power Solutions, which he started in 2006. Mr. Johnson was previously CEO and President of RocketChips, Inc., Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Lemna International, Inc., Director of International Business Development at Decision System, Inc., and Senior International Business Manager at Honeywell, Inc.
Diann Kirby is the Director of Community Services for the City of Bloomington, Minnesota, where she oversees its parks and recreation, public health, human services and communications divisions. Diann is past president of the Bloomington Rotary Club, and has held several leadership positions for District 5950 of Rotary International in Minnesota. She will serve as District Governor for Rotary District 5950 in 2013-14.
David McCuskey is a retired, former partner in the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he had practiced since 1963, most recently in the areas of banking and commercial law. He is Adjunct Professor of Law at Hamline University Law School and is a supervising attorney for the school's Small Business and Nonprofit Organization Practice Clinic.
